Investors can expect heavy exposure to the large- and mid-cap companies of the countrys state-owned banks and financial conglomerates. The Underlying Index is market cap-weighted, subject to 10/50 concentration constraint. Issuers are capped at 10% and the aggregate weight of firms that exceed 5% should not constitute more than 50% of the index. Prior to December 5, 2018, CHIX tracked a Solactive index that included real estate firms within the financial sector.
