The Biomedical segment consists of a single business unit, Dynasil Biomedical Corporation, a medical technology incubator which owns rights to certain early-stage medical technologies. The Innovation & Development segment consists of the Radiation Monitoring Devices, Inc. business unit, which is among the largest small business participants in the U.S. government-funded research. The company was founded on October 20, 1960 and is headquartered in Concord, MA.
