Stocks selected may be of any market capitalization and located anywhere around the globe. Selection is based on fundamental research but may also consider quantitative and technical factors. Key attributes considered are market leadership, predictable growth, high and sustainable profitability, companies with strong management teams, and trading at an attractive valuation. Material ESG factors are also considered. A team of portfolio managers and global research analysts support the funds portfolio manager. Portfolio risk is managed by assessing the expected return of individual positions relative to their volatility compared to other positions in the portfolio. As an actively managed fund, the portfolio manager has full discretion to buy or sell positions.
